Our investment criteria falls under four primary pillars:

Platform Investments

Permanent and patient source of capital to build businesses in partnership with best-in-class management teams. We target control transactions within the Distribution, Consumer, Food & Beverage, Services, and Transportation industries. Private Equity

Aside from platform investments, we invest capital alongside managers with proven track records, sustainable process, and leadership consistency. We make investments both in funds and via co-investment opportunities.

Real Estate

We seek to deploy capital both through funds as well as in opportunistic transactions alongside well-aligned operators with a track record of managing capital across a variety of economic cycles. In the aggregate, we will invest across all real estate asset classes.

Public Equity

Our public equity strategy consists of both active and passive investments in both domestic and international markets. We seek to maintain a portfolio of high conviction businesses that maintain defensible growth and provide durability through a variety of economic environments.
